Now filter press industry’s developing trend is :big scale,big chamber capacity, high working pressure with membrane squeezing system and high automatic degree controlling system.

Now the popular big size filter press plate is 1500X1500mm and 2000mmX2000mm,but some filter press producers still work on bigger and bigger filter press,for example famous filter press producer Kurita, Rittershaus & Ble-cher and Passavant

For automatic controlling system,light electrical controlling system come into use, guarantee filter press operator’s safety beside filer press full automatic working performance.Due to high automatic design, one filter press operator can work with several filter presses at the same time.

Filter Plate

Filter Plate is the main part for the filter press,filter press plate structure,material will insult its filtering ability and efficiency.Accroding to filter plate using conditions and filtering material characteristics difference(such as temperature,PH value, anticorrosive requirements etc.),considering in producing possibility and cost, there are many kinds filter press plates. Until now, filter plate material available is cast iron, steel, Stainless steel plate,Reinforced PP and Virgin PP

 Membrane filter plate due to working under high pressure,asked high requirements for the membrane material,high elongation ability and anti tired instensity.Rubber is the most popular one but lots of working conditions have high requirements for anticorrosion,PP material come into use.

According to filter plate structure ,can be divided into plate frame style design and chamber (recessed Plate)design. Plate and frame type filer press is hard to discharge filter cakes so there is fewer and fewer users.For chamber filter plates with two side recessed plate design, there will be a chamber which composed by two filter plate which are next to each other,this design is easy to discharge filter cakes,less filter cake discharging and filter plate cleaning time,quicker filtering time
