Plunger Pump Installation and Operation Instructions

 

Plunger pump installation instructions
Put the plunger pump on the foundation bed, measure horizontal adjustment, fasten plunger pump stand with anchor bolts(or not) in order to replace hydraulic oil and clean slurry feeding pipings, pump should be raise for 10cm higher than the ground, drainage for filtrate should be arranged around the pump foundation.

Plunger pump repair In order to guarantee normal operation of plunger pump, Leo filter press ask every plunger pump users to take down the following items: a. Please use clean hydraulic oil, please filter hydraulic oil every month and change hydraulic oil every three months b. Pump should not be stared or work if no cooling water feeding into the pump, in order to prevent ceramic plunger breakage and rubber gasket damage due to overheat or overcool suddenly.
